The hotel was nice, well presented & spacious, but a bit cold even with the heater set to 30; had some mossies. Staff were fantastic and welcoming, might need a lesson in organizing a meal. The location was perfect for our trip to Mackay, convenient alongside a bottle shop. Dining available from the coffee shop, including vegetarian and vegan dishes. Overall, a comfortable stay with some minor issues.

The hotel had good rooms with modern linen and towels, though they had a musty, moldy smell. The service was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for my trip to Mackay, conveniently in the middle of nowhere. Dining options were limited to toasted sandwiches available from the coffee shop. The hotel had modern facilities to offer.
